The title oatmeal, quinoa, and chia porridge with warm berries sauce pretty much sells itself as a delicious breakfast. But this recipe is also super easy to make and takes under 10 minutes. It’s a perfect hearty and comforting breakfast and it will boost you the whole morning!

1 cup old fashion oats
1/2 cup of cooked tricolor quinoa
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 cups water
1 cup milk of your choice
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Warm berries sauce
1 cup mix berries
- In a small saucepan, mix together the oats, quinoa, chia seeds and the water. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the milk and maple syrup. Stir.Cook for 5 more minutes.
- While the porridge its cooking, pour the berries into a bowl and microwave your berries for 1 minute, followed by another 30 seconds if they need it.
- To serve pour the porridge in a bowl and drizzle with the warm berries sauce
You can use any berry of your preference for the sauce.
