Some days are green smoothie days, and some days… Well some days are for comfort and peanut butter.
I’m a big time smoothie drinker. I love a them as a post-workout snack or just throughout the day to make sure I get in enough fruit. One of my resolutions for 2017 is to eat better throughout the day, and smoothies are a really great way to do so.
Once upon a time I stumbled upon a PBJ smoothie and now it’s one of my favorite smoothie recipe to make at home. It’s smooth and luscious, peanutty and a little salty, with a bright fruit bursts. You will scrape out every last bit of goodness from the bottom of your glass!
